I agree w you abt ERs not being for primary care issues, when PCPs don't have any appts, they instruct you to go to the ER. The pt is often caught in the middle and either go or recieve treatment at all and end up in the ER w a large problem. As more HCW are leaving, I only see it getting worse.

For entertainment we borrow Roku streaming sticks from the library for 3 wks Also ck out library books either thru Hoopla or Libby. It has saved us a lot.

I think I would go to Duplo. I believe they have different skill levels. I put toys that were ok for the older kids in their rooms/ special area for them to play where littles weren't allow. You might want to research Magnet tiles, esp for the ones who put everything in their mouths.
