Genuinely the peak gaming of my childhood and possibly life. There are supposedly imitators out there but they don’t look like they capture the same feel.

The annoying thing about this is the economics of health care really point to expanding public health efforts as the biggest long term cost cutter. So he’s also just a hack in that regard
