Change isn't just logistical—it’s emotional.
🌀 Denial → 😡 Anger → 🤝 Bargaining → 😞 Depression → ✅ Acceptance.

Leaders, ease the shift:
✅ Communicate early
✅ Recognize emotions
✅ Support individual needs

No one wants a controlling boss, client, or even parent. But micromanagement isn’t just their problem—it’s often a trust issue.

✔️ Keep progress visible
✔️ Raise risks early
✔️ Make it easy for your manager to trust you

The illusion of % allocations in #projectManagement:

People don’t work in percentages, they work in focus.
Companies don’t own availability.
Urgencies must replace priorities, not pile on top.
Manage effort at the team level, not by breaking people into % slices.

A great manager balances guidance, team growth, and results without sacrificing people. False promises and burnout drive turnover. Motivation thrives on freedom and achievable challenges. Leadership is about orchestrating strengths, not control. How do you balance results and team well-being?
