why doesn't being"verified" actually just require us to go verify our online identity at a post office or something. I'd do it if it meant separating bots from humans. It's only going to get worse.

should be able to do a bank transfer from PayPal to Wise. Just open a bank account on Wise with the same currency as you're withdrawing from PayPal - that way you don't have to have PayPal convert it first, as their rates are terrible.
