So, doing away with The Pint to help beer drinkers moderate their intake is a flawed conclusion, because a 7.5% sour should never be served in a pint glass anyway. Consumer choice is king, of course, but the landlord and brewer have a say in guiding the luddites too in learning to appreciate... 7/8

Higher ABVs will benefit from more conservative pours and sips than more relaxed brews that enjoy a longer, fuller pull. To fully enjoy each variety, the form of serving needs to adapt. 6/8

And to me that is the key, new styles of beer require more adequate presentations: hop-forward ales will want funneled glasses to concentrate those aromas, and even a stem to prevent eager fingers from accelerating the degradation of flavour through heat transfer. 5/8

If every time leadership fails it's "a lesson learnt" but whenever an employee fails they get the door, the culture dies, and culture is vital for growth and organic success. If you don't have a culture you only have fear, and fear is expensive 2/2
