Seen some negativity towards the transfer window and the way it was controlled or the lack of it. For me you should only look at a transfer window on who comes in and who goes. The rest is immaterial. And on the whole that makes it a positive window. Not perfect, but certainly positive. #nufc

I think this window will always be marred the Isak situation, as if we were now done and Isak was happy, we'd have one hell of a squad. However, I think this window is becoming an example of how social media misconstrues reality, as we are on the verge of having had an exceptional window.

What's annoying about this window is if we end up signing Wissa this week, if it wasn't for that Swedish bellend, we'd be in such a strong position going into this season.

I hope we sit in and try and hit Villa on the break tomorrow. When we go down there and play a high line, Watkins murders us with his runs in the channels. Seen talk of a back 5. That could work tbh.

If Sesko chooses us over Man United I will be able to finally put to rest Andy Cole leaving in 1995
August 1, 2025 at 10:42 PM
A lot of people talking about Watkins' age. He's younger than Kane was when he moved to Bayern for €100m. I get he'd not Kane, but we're also not Bayern Munich and he won't cost €100m. What he does offer though is guaranteed PL goals for 3/4 seasons for about £50m #nufc

I reckon £12m is about fair for Longstaff. If he had 3 years left on his contract, he'd be worth about £20m so £12 is about fair

I get why people are annoyed at Villa finding loopholes, but in reality the game is the game. We'd get very little if we sold our women's team now. Really good opportunity to get into the WSL this season, need to wait until after then at least. #nufc

Unfortunately, we are not at the stage yet where we can compete with the more established clubs yet in some cases. As Steve Bruce would say 'it's time to dust ourselves down, and go again'
June 29, 2025 at 7:14 PM
Seen a lot of people saying they are disappointed that Anderson left as now he looks so accomplished. However, he wasn't really getting game time when he was with us, and bar the last few games when Joelinton was injured, he wouldn't have got any real playing time this season.

Baldy strikes again.

Someone made one. Badge is too big but looks miles better.
June 26, 2025 at 8:31 PM
Feel like if they'd gone with the 80s badge in Orange, this would have been a beautiful kit. The badge ruins it.

There's no way we are signing Rashford. Firstly we are stacked in his best position, secondly he's on about £300k a week, and would have to have his wages to come to us, and thirdly he's lazy AF off the ball. Being a journalist must be piss easy.

The #nufc on X is just Nufc fans arguing with either Liverpool fans over Isak or Forest fans over Elanga. I only went over for a little transfer update FFS.
June 26, 2025 at 9:29 AM
You'd be mad to pay €70m for Nuñez
Darwin Nunez is giving preference to Napoli. The Liverpool striker is also the Serie A champions top target.

Liverpool are yet to receive a bid, but aware one is likely to be forthcoming soon. #LFC position remains an offer close to €70m is required to sanction an exit.🇺🇾
June 25, 2025 at 2:48 PM
For me £45m is all Elanga is worth. We need to start shopping outside the PL. £60m for Elanga, £70m for Kudus and Semenyo. Far too much for a team who needs at least four new players this summer
June 24, 2025 at 5:56 PM
Tino absolutely class tonight again. Him and Big Willie going for MVP
June 21, 2025 at 9:01 PM
If Guehi moved to Liverpool, it's another example of how PSR relentlessly holds clubs back. We all know in a non PSR world Guehi already plays for Nufc. It's all a bit boring tbh

You've got to love our transfer window. Instead of 'Newcastle bid', or 'Newcastle sign', it's 'Newcastle make an enquiry', our 'x club are braced for Newcastle bid'. Edwards did 👀👀👀👀 for Newcastle are set to open talks with Brighton. That wouldn't have even got on the ceefax pg 302 back in the day 🤣

I'm not massively into Sam Fender, he's got a few really good songs, but that's about it in my eyes. However, the fume he will cause the mackems over the next 3 days will be immense
June 11, 2025 at 7:07 PM
Liverpool fans have turned into Arsenal fans over Isak. Obsessed they are signing him, just when Arsenal fans have accepted they aren't.
June 11, 2025 at 6:34 PM
Plus the four they signed in January, and I doubt they are done for the summer either. Imagine how good we'd be if we could spend over £300m on 8 new players.
🔵🆕 Manchester City have completed four signings in time for Club World Cup. 🇫🇷 Rayan Cherki from OL 🇩🇿 Rayan Aït-Nouri from Wolves 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Marcus Bettinelli from Chelsea 🇳🇱 Tijjani Reijnders from AC Milan
June 11, 2025 at 8:46 AM
Away from the mockery Chelsea make of PSR every summer, why would they be interested in Pedro? They have about 10 forwards who are in and around his level
June 8, 2025 at 11:49 AM
My take on Elanga and Pedro is they are both good players, who improve our squad, but not necessarily our first 11. However, if the reported fees are to be believed we could probably find better value for money.
