It was fumbled back when Ben was regressing heavily and obviously. No plan in place to replace him and bargain bin shopping since.

There was never going to be a good QB option this year. Pile picks and trade up aggressively in next years class for someone.

I agree the harsh reality is that there was never an answer at QB this year. I just hoped they didn’t break the bank on anyone when the result will be the same whether it’s Russ, Rodger’s, Darnold, Fields, etc. None are difference makers.
