Tesla's hyper inflated market valuation makes no sense whatsoever. It's a car company priced like it's an AI leader, but almost all of their revenue (86%) comes from selling cars. The inflated market cap is just speculation. Priced like a car company would lose them a trillion in market cap.

I was fortunate to grow up in housing that was geared to income.. I grew up in a city with high unemployment but at least we never had to worry about being housed. Since then it seems like they never built more.
It definitely helped us to have a good Christmas every year!
