When I watched him play in Australia, I had the same feeling as when I first watched Jabari. 2 minutes in and you can just tell he's different.

Do tell more about the how the issues of financing and selling property is connected to controlled rent! I'm currently exhausted and can't make the mental connections myself. In general rent control is awesome. The version under which I rent makes so much sense.

Looks like it's working pretty well to me. One party looked to be distracted. The other party was delayed for 0.8 seconds? No one got hit and if they did, it's a trip to the doctor not the hospital.

Number 1 most underrated Bond. Lazenby was fine, but Bond never feels more authentically human than in this movie.

We are only here for a few years for work and live in Pempelfort. Overall, love the apartment and location, but the bike situation is annoying. Plenty of outside bike parking at least

If I want to get to the bike room in the basement of my (brand new) apartment in Düsseldorf, I have to go through three doors and an elevator, which is barely big enough for a road bike. 🤦
