Genuinely respect your work but there’s a serious caveat here. The vast majority of ones applauding this location live nowhere near this site. You know this. Take a pick Joey. Credible news or suck up to the far left loons. #HamOnt

No issue with expanding the transit network. That said, and what many fail to grasp, is that for a wide range of reasons, many people simply don’t have the option of using public transit or cycling to and from work, and that’s not going to change.

Bottom line, the roads desperately need fixing! 👍

💯 about Aberdeen. Have family on the street and that’s the #1 complaint. Coming off the 403 onto Main towards downtown is brutal, and it’s been that way for years. Far past time the city focuses on repaving (not patching) our main arteries. James South’s another one that’s brutal to drive. #HamOnt

Like most people I know and I imagine the majority, I’d much rather see our tax dollars go toward the badly needed repairs and upgrades to our crumbling road infrastructure. No matter which direction you drive into #HamOnt from, it’s a mess and long overdue.

Curious what the point is of surveying everyday, middle-income #HamOnt folks at, of all places, the municipal golf courses. Do these people have some unique train of thought to which others don’t? Why not outside of a grocery store?Pretty weird, man.

Not so sure about Danko as everything we heard up here was he was supportive of Cooper. Find it hard to believe he’d get behind someone who swings that far to the left.

I’m hoping the signage this time reflects #HamOnt voter intention and that people actually show up to vote. The fewer, the greater the chance we end up with someone tied to the NDP, which is the very last thing we need.

I’m more scared at the fact that you have kids. There’ll come a point to where they’ll look back and you’ll have to own it. The real world hits hard. I have pity for you my man.

and’ll say let’s chat it out over a coffee, pint or walk around Bayfront. Your pick. Regardless of social media platform, words seldom get across as intended.

Cheers.

Rarely get on here and only seeing this as I had a notification pop up liking my post.

Present is far worse than past for a wide variety of reasons that go as far as hurting our workforce that you support.

Won’t debate here. Two community driven fellas who’d like to see progress for all … (1)

Crazy how life works eh!

You spout off about road safety, bike lanes and blah blah blah yet you ripped around James/Young last night at about 7 and almost created an accident not to mention pedestrians getting clipped.

Next time, your fat ass, balding, ginger self will be ripped off that bike.

He’s not wrong. He’s bang on the money.

Hamilton may have the worst downtown of any city over 500k. Not due to the people or the entrepreneurs who’ve worked hard to clean it up but because the city has long neglected the downtown area.

Outside of a few small streets, it isn’t exactly welcoming.

This resonates with so few in the ward its bonkers. Cameron fully well knows with whom he’s speaking to and it’s far from the level headed residents with whom have valid concerns. Playing with taxpayers money isn’t a game Cameron.

No need for clarification. Jamesville is the mess you get when accountability doesn’t exist. It’s been an obvious disaster for well over a few years, but the ones in charge just kept looking the other way.

Laziness plays a heavy role in this as well. Corktown residents know all about it. #HamOnt

and certainly not the ones you want to alienate, let alone piss off as some on this #HamOnt council clearly has.
July 9, 2025 at 2:12 PM
When some of #HamOnt’s most recognizable entrepreneurs and downtown community leaders are openly revolting against this “new guard” council, you know there’s a serious problem. These are the very people who spent years desperately trying to turn the #HamOnt core into a vibrant, livable space (1)

I suspect the usual suspects who’ve turned City Hall into a sideways circus show will vote in favour of this. I think I speak for many in #HamOnt when I say we’d prefer to see as little change as possible until some of these first-term councillors are sacked.

You can only hide out on this tweenie app for so long. Rather than accept responsibility for your immense amount of failures, you ran away with your thumb in your mouth blaming everyone else. I look forward to the GIC after summer vacay where I can speak. I have receipts to boot. 😉

It’s currently recovering from exhaustion from a needed kitchen reno.

I’d like for one year where “renovation” isn’t part of our vocabulary. “Trip to Europe” flows so much smoother.

Threw their hat in with the PC’s. 🤷‍♂️
April 29, 2025 at 11:46 PM
PC’s aren’t MAGA and the insinuation we are is bonkers. Pierre took a hardline anti-Trump stance and it was welcomed by the PC base.

It was the literal Karen’s on the left who pushed and pushed this pathetic false narrative.

There’s a reason why every major, well respected union in Canada
