This wonderful gentleman is Arthur, and he needs our help. Arty was relinquished to a vet clinic last year with a tumor on his eyelid and signs of neglect. For over 6 months we've been working on getting him healthy enough for his eyelid surgery and it's finally time! donorbox.org/mmfs-arthur
