The way doping can be concealed is an amazing art... until it’s found out. Let’s hope Tadej and Jonas and Remco aren’t doing it.

I can’t tell if they’re trolling doctors or just went to AI and said “Give me a heart diagnosis with different gradations.”

I stopped for a bit, saw that it was under control, and thought I would only get in the way so continued on the race. Turns out, about 15 minutes earlier a Cardiology colleague and a nurse did CPR while medics were called. They were the heroes. Patient survived and made it to hospital.

Just asking in case it happens to me again.
