Sault Ste Marie in the St. Mary's River is a great river. Lots of fish and a little bit less busy than other spots in Ontario. There are also many rivers off of Lake Ontario and Lake Huron that produce steelhead in the fall and spring, though they are typically a lot busier. Hope this helps!
