Lately, I’ve been playing with sculpture.
Letting clay warp, crack—sometimes even break.
I’m leaning into the mending, soldering glass to ceramic,
finding control in the act of repair.
As I mend the branches of this piece,
I imagine new ways to heal—
within and beyond myself.

I really loved this collection that I made in June 2024. I feel like my work looks best in white. Perhaps I’ll work on a small batch of white cups or mugs for the NCECA pop up in March.
