Dems should propose a law that immediately requires every fed agency to post on @bsky.app account, every outlay with a detailed description, $, and a link to existing gov sites with in depth details

Rather than trying to keep Elon out, pre-empt him so he cant miss characterize spending.

Fair use will be better defined by the courts as we run into questions. This is a very interesting ruling that could have impacts on other fair use cases currently in the courts
The big takeaway here is that Reuters won this case against the AI company on grounds they violated fair use—the judge found the AI company was guilty because, in using copyrighted works to generate its output, it “meant to compete... by developing a market substitute.”
