Service dogs can obviously do all sorts, like alerting to heart rate and grabbing things. I'm very curious to know if one has ever been tailored around ME, and the effectiveness of it

The way migraine service dogs are trained to alert is by taking spit samples, freezing them and then training the dog after. The dog recognises the scent, and generally can spot it way earlier than anyone can notice it. PEM isnt a symptom we totally understand, but would it be recognisable by scent?

I can't remember where to find them off the top of my head, but have you ever checked out Tinu's activism help? She made some great stuff (I'm not sure what specific access you need but it's all screen reader friendly, understandably written & direct)
