Day 21 of @adorkastock.com 's #DrawEverythingJune2025: A goddess of victory to crown you with laurel leaves. I stole the inspiration for her robes from the Niké of Samothrace (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winged_...) because I GUESS there's no copyright on her anymore. ;-)

Day 20 of @adorkastock.com 's #DrawEverythingJune2025. The waterfall I drew for day 14, the one falling from the hands of the redwood dryad, wasn't very successful so I am trying again. So I present to you: a raincloud goddess knitting a mountain lake.

Day 18 of @adorkastock.com 's #DrawEverythingJune2025: a scholarly fox, because the tail worked well in the composition and paws mean I don't have to draw hands. I will be practising drawing hands when this challenge is over, I promise.

Day 17 of @adorkastock.com 's #DrawEverythingJune2025 and I am so behind. I thought that making the models look like stylized little mushrooms would save time, but it didn't.
It's almost the weekend so I will have time to catch up.

We are two thirds into the challenge already, I will miss it when we're done.

Day 12 of @adorkastock.com 's #DrawEverythingJune2025. The hardest was drawing the axe the model held in the correct perspective. When all the erasing and re-drawing destroyed the paper, I gave up and drew a hammer.

Day 11 of @adorkastock.com 's #DrawEverythingJune2025 . It wasn't a stretch to give the model armour, seeing as she already had a sword and wings! I am figuring out the best medium for me for this challenge: lines of black ink brush pen with pencil for shading.

Again, a 'fashion illustration' in the style of Erté (Romain de Tirtoff). I am learning a lot, mostly from seeing what works in a drawing and what doesn't.

I had intended to keep my drawings simple. Little detail, hardly any background. Failed again...
This was hard, with the very low horizon line.

Day 7 of @adorkastock.com 's #DrawEverythingJune2025. I didn't want to do a prayer pose as like seemed most logical from the reference photo, so now she's a fairy.

Day 6 of @adorkastock.com #DrawEverythingJune2025. It took me a LONG time to decide what to do with this pose. (Reference: www.adorkastock.com/draw-everyth...) It's a pity the smoke/light obscures so much of the model's figure though.
I'm curious to see what everyone else is going to do with this!
