Went to a performance of the Canto Ostinato last evening. Never knew this was such a thing. People bringing blankets and just lying down to listen to the music with eyes closed.

My polish girlfriend is getting a lot of propaganda in her feeds, denouncing Tusk and intimating that Muslims are taking over Poland. Anyone else notice this? Is the PIS at it again?

Did a lesson bodyjam with my girlfriend. Had expected less dancing and more fruit.

Over the last year, I've followed a programme ("Negatief Zelfbeeld" by Manja de Neef)to get a more realistic self-image together with a therapist.

Looking back, I feel that it worked. Measurably (rosenberg self-esteem score went from 10->18)

The effects are far more diffuse than I though.

Personal growth: During an episode of ADHD 'freeze' at least being able to find solace in (at least partially) accepting that this is part of being this way.

Now on to letting go of expectations on days off.

Small graces: Going to the dentist for a check-up and getting told "Whatever you're doing, keep doing it."

Then spend the rest of the appointment just having a friendly chat with said dentist.
