Are you familiar with the concept of stacking multipliers? For example, you’ll get bigger numbers by increasing your damage, crit chance/dmg, fire rate, elemental damage, faction damage - rather than slapping in three different +damage mods. Just a lvl5 serration is a good start without much endo.

Your Braton is probably fine, try to focus on upgrading your mods as you master other weapons, those influence your damage faaar more.

You’re up against Grineer in there, ya? Try adding in toxin/electric mods to make corrosive element, it’s good against them.
