I think DB is fine as a tourist there, yeah there are delays and basic weirdness. But it fits to the German culture of being a little chill about general things and not caring about the rules. Like Autobahn is German and there are no speedlimits etc

You could download program called Speccy, which will tell you what kind of i7 cpu you have. What are you looking for in a upgrade, more frames in newer games? What resolution is your monitor or is it for example 60hz or 144hz?
