the approximation of a derivative as the difference between the two points on the function gets closer to zero. Basically the derivative is the slope of a function at any point on that function. and by taking the slope of two points on that function and bringing them closer you get the derivative.

I'm sorry but this has always been a delusion. These types of conservatives were the constructors of today's insanity. This is what they craved to be in public in private. They are only as agreeable as long as there is upside for themselves and only until they don't need to be any longer.

I thought this was a bit at first.

Of course, we both know that he's deliberately seeing what he wants to in order to reach his desired outcome. IT makes me think the rule is their team is legal and our team isn't (reductive, I know), but it seems like they are trying to trap us into any form of resistance to justify a crack down

You're saying that's what he said, but he never put class "over" race. He said it was both. He said that there is class and there is race, they intersect and here are a bunch of policies that address both.

He literally said it was both. Had policies that addressed both. Talked about centering lived experiences of Black people to inform his policies affecting Black people. It just irks me that people still say he wasn't doing this. Obviously, it wasn't enough to win, but he did try.

And there was no "rigging" it's just a fact that Clyburn has a lot of sway with the Black community in SC. Mainly through political favors gained by how he parceled out federal dollars. Bernie's problem wasn't that his policies weren't black friendly enough, it was that he was three decades too late

My main point was that he wasn't particularly tone deaf when it came to reaching out to the Black community only that there was some baked in advantages for Biden. I think lots of people had that idea that he couldn't win the gen (we'll never know), but Biden was trailing in every contest before SC.

The problem with this narrative is that Sanders was consistently second after Biden with Black voters and he lead with the younger generation. It's not like he didn't try to reach out, it's he was shut out from the machine politics run by Clyburn who was always angling for a Biden win.

I'm not even convinced it's a bottom line thing either. The truth is sensational enough to sell copies. I think the higher ups at these legacy places are aligned with right wing or don't want to be in conflict with their personal friends who are right wing.

Freyja is absolutely the person to teach this sleep deprived or not.
