I always thought the tagline on this was interesting - ‘thick skin’. No mention of the reason why, which was the men in the audience screaming violent threats and sexually abusive insults at me while I performed, in a way they absolutely did not do at the male performers.

Obviously when you can’t sleep because it’s so warm and humid you get up and find an old Lino cut and print it. This is a rollered blood red background on newsprint, again I like it because it’s handmade and looks it.

I can’t explain why I find this so satisfying. Perhaps because it’s the antithesis of all those super clean AI graphics and it would make a banging Tshirt done very large on a big thick cotton white shirt.
