I used to invert horizontally for third person games on controller, for those which did not have an aim-point or any sort of ADS or over-the-shoulder shooting. (like KH2)

It made me feel more connected to the action of the camera itself, right moves the camera to the right around the character

It's a direct line. First, Microsoft's Azure enabled the mass surveillance of a civilian population living in apartheid conditions on the West bank. Then, that same technology was deployed in Gaza to support airstrikes into "densely populated" civillian areas.

I used this site (admittedly, a decade ago) to get travel insurance quotes. Used to know one of the devs back in the day, might still be worth checking out!

I've have a solid, regular group to play it with and we're having a great time. But its relentless pace makes it impossible to recommend. Playing it is like triage, always having to make snap judgements on how to optimize the run and then go go go. Any player a step or two behind drags you down.

After witnessing someone mix bleach and ammonia on a countertop to "loosen up the dirt"... I'll be telling everybody I know to please not do that

I don't think this comparison works for me. The station manager (a person) isn't filling out a schedule with *me* specifically in mind. They don't know what color socks I buy.

These algorithmic feeds *do* know my sock preference and are designed to get me to *engage* as much and as long as possible

On my most curmudgeonly days I'd say it's because we as a society have grown too decadent and therefore insist content be "served" to us instead of having to "look" for it.

Back in my day i either had to be in front of the tv to catch a broadcast or program my VCR to record it, yada yada

Meegah Mem in the awful block was a real hoot and a lot of the others were too: Golf With Your Grandmother, Rex Ronan, Inspector Gadget, Who Shot Johnny Rock (a DVD game!).
