No, his mind is not for rent
To any god or government
Always hopeful, yet discontent
He knows changes aren't permanent
But change is
my immediate thought - why would you have a American flag pocket hanky does that not code it to look like you are going to wipe your face with it at some point.

On the best of the rest:
Texas, Vanderbilt, Utah and USC all have good seasons, but with three losses (Texas, USC) or weaker top-end wins (Vandy, Utah), they fall just short compared with the seven above.

In a world where I have eight or more at-larges, they are in. With only seven, I prioritize BYU’s conference title appearance and Alabama’s SEC résumé over Notre Dame’s relatively lighter schedule once ACC chaos and the lack of a title game are factored in.

Notre Dame (10-2): They absolutely have a playoff-caliber case, with two close early losses to Miami and Texas A&M and a 10-game win streak to finish, including blowouts of Syracuse and Stanford and a win over USC

Losses to Louisville and SMU, and no appearance in the ACC title game, leave them behind Alabama and BYU once you really lean into strength of schedule and depth of quality wins.

Then it gave the following for keeping the other bubble teams out:

Miami (10-2): Very good season and a head-to-head win over Notre Dame, plus wins over Notre Dame, Florida State and Florida.

Wins over ranked Utah and Arizona, plus a clean non-conference slate, give them better high-end wins than some peers. Under your criteria, I do not hold the lopsided Big 12 title loss too heavily against them, since their other eleven games are consistently strong.

So with that in mind the only change was BYU was in over Miami. And the justification was pretty strong:

BYU (11-2)
11-2 overall, 8-1 in the Big 12, with the only losses to Texas Tech, once on the road and once in the Big 12 Championship Game.

1. - Almost nothing changed. Only two teams flipped and because there was no impetus for an need for an ACC team it became pretty obvious that Miami would be on the bubble.

Sorry but BYU should have had more consideration that ND anyway. If the ACC was not so god awful BYU would have been in even after losing to TT. And I am a Utes fan so I do not like BYU.

I dont really blame the contract but I wish he would be a steady 3-4 defensemen instead of 5-6 one. But that is the case for anyone who is struggling to live up to the potential and signed a contract that in retrospect looks bad and is hard to get out of.

They have spent the last year sucking up to Trump of course the US would get all the games. Otherwise Canada would have had more venues involved than two.

Depends on the opponent and how much they are losing by. Is it more than 3 goals? Is it the third period? Than yes. But at the same time I spend a lot of money to attend the game so it is hard to make that decision.

That is a bad sign for the league.

Like all good D&D players (and DMs) do. You roll with the punches and never know where you will end up!

This feels like the worst rerun.
