Yesterday I took a day and a half off work and made plans to take more time off work. Kinda a bigger deal then it should be.

Today I got out of bed when I was supposed to and managed ten minutes of exercise. I also went to the doctor to update my mental health plan. Small wins

I recently finished my first fit to wear knitted item of clothing. I then stupidly put it in the washing machine and destroyed it. Tonight I had to frog my attempt to remake it. I'm not great at frogging - patience isn't my thing - and now have to start my third attempt. Misery #knitting #crafts
