I'm not saying things are going well or that today's loss is acceptable. I am saying that acting as if this is time to sack the manager is ridiculous. Some of this season's struggles are coming from last year's successes. We can't grow at the rate City or Chelsea did cos they've moved the goalposts

Last year we had 23 points this year we have 22. 12th then and are now. Last year was the best year of my life as a fan: we lifted a trophy. My point is still that negativity directed solely at Howe is unfair. I'm not excusing the performance it wasn't good enough. He knows it better than us.

A lot of misdirected frustration at Howe here. We're playing an extra match a week than them. That's where the missing intensity is, they're knackered. The Champions league's a double edged sword, brings the money in but stuffs up your season when you have a smaller squad. Happens every time

I wonder though if some of this is rendered irrelevant when the big stance they seem to be changing is from consumer friendly to anti-consumer. Prices going up, services being stripped from what they were, studios closing, removal of exclusives as an incentive - just feels like they want to be Sega

Danny, you've been incredibly loyal to Xbox but always fair with your criticisms. This is surely a mistake from Xbox to make this call? I can't justify my sub at that cost. Will probably also see me getting rid of Xbox altogether and sticking with PS5/Switch 2 as my 'library' was gamepass anyway?

Happy with a point, would've taken it when I got up this morning. Just hope the recruitment side can see we're in desperate need of striking options (pun not intended). Personally I think we need 2 in. Happy if we get Wissa but we need more, esp. as I think he'll go to AFCON too

Absolute joke that a Man Utd player has made this list. They're barely relevant at this point yet we're still having to read about them in the media constantly. Rogers at Villa been a revelation. Hall at Newcastle. Delap, Elanga, loads more could be here instead

The really funny thing is, none of this matters: We'll all buy one. Nintendo innovates for £600, we all buy it. Nintendo revolves rather than evolves for £400, we buy it. Even the people moaning now about it will still be desperately trying to day one their way on to rainbow road like the rest of us

I don't think they would have tanked, but I do think it's odd that more or less all their releases are coming in such a tiny window. I thought we were supposed to get 1 AAA each quarter? They've got so much they pushed Avowed!
