I've been on a planck-like for 5-6 years and I swear by it.

I do use layers but mostly just for number keys, arrows, and function keys which are all in intuitive spots imo.

Technically I have others like "play music key" on a layer but in reality I use a global key combo in my OS for that instead.

Yesterday I finally took ancient BGG PNP rec Kaiju Siege off my shelf of shame. I'm not sure I like it, but I played it 3 times in a row. Maybe that says it all.

Today I set up my new copy of Harvest which I'm giddily excited to solo tomorrow.

Thank you for writing this review! I would find this game infuriating and despise it. But my brother will love it, even if mostly as a fun math-nerd object to show off to friends. So I bought him a copy.

Unfortunately, that does mean I will probably have to play it once eventually. Oof.
