This RAM kit has gained another price increase and is £360 now! That's 323% more expensive than what I paid for it (£85) in August!

We're in a bizarre place where if you need a new system just for everyday non-media and non-gaming tasks and don't have much money, a system with a meagre 8 GB of system RAM might have to be put up with. For a smooth experience, 16 GB is the new standard minimum recommendation today - now too pricey

For £300 you could buy an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT with 16 GB GDDR6. For now anyway.
