Walter Gotell was also in Sink The Bismark! as Signals Officer Mueller on the 'Bismarck'. Also, because I found out that he was in We Dive At Dawn.

And, it's Sink The Bismark!, not Sink The Bismark.

Somehow, I guessed Bang was the one on the right.

You could try whittling them from balsa. In other news, I've just found out Walter Gotell was the Luftwaffe Captain in We Dive At Dawn. He had more hair then.

In the Alt text it says 1 teaspoon of baking powder. It actually says tspn so I'm guessing teaspoon not tablespoon which would be quite a lot.

The Jackson family was actually the Scruze family. I handled Lloyds syndicate documents in the 80s.

Last one. Forgot because I wear them constantly. Sony XM5 noise cancelling headphones. Paid 265 in Feb, now they're 220. Fabulous. Made a 12hr flight bearable. Plays music sweetly without enraging my tinnitus. I wear them at home multiple times daily. NC is so good, so relaxing having a peace bubble

C-EVO is a free mostly faithful recreation of Civ 2. The developer tweaked it a little, but it works great.

I endorse this message (didn't know they were called clip belts). I find quality / prices vary a lot, but I like slider clips most. Having an adjustable belt is much more comfortable than a fixed buckle. I have switched almost entirely to these. Plus they are analogue, whereas buckles are digital.

Pilot brand mini pencil and mini biro. Really useful. Always having a writing tool means you can capture your thoughts (vital for GTD). The pencil I use mostly, but the biro too writes surprisingly well for being so small.

I make my own word cards using JPN binder rings and JPN grid index cards.

Tenugui. Cotton cloth woven to a set width, cut to a common length, unhemmed. Used for all purposes. In summer, I soak one in water and hang it on my neck for personal aircon. You can wrap, bind, carry stuff, or wash and clean or whatever.

Pick up a mug too at the Tokyo Parasite Museum.
