Been in Portland for 20 years and love this place. Building more housing is the thing that we haven't done and this gives me a little hope that we're moving the right direction.

I think everyone should have the opportunity to study what they want without going into crippling debt. It isn't great to force 17 year olds to make exclusively business decisions.
