This occurred more than a year ago. I wrote to your customer service department twice. You did not respond. I have no faith in your organisation resolving an old dispute. I am resigned to losing the phone and won't be using your company again.

Posted a mobile phone via Evri. Evri recorded it as delivered. Buyer contacted me to say they had not received. Contacted Evri and eBay. eBay refunded the buyer, Evri just ignored me. I don't know whether buyer was dishonest or if Evri incompetent. I shall never use Evri again. £100 out of pocket
