In the Netherlands if you hold a mobile device while driving, you risk a fine of 430 Euro's, that's $500. In some spots there are camera's that detect that.

I was 25 at that time and it was quite a shift in the music experience. Honestly most of my favourite bands are from that decade 😀

I must say here in The Netherlands they mess up sometimes as well ... There is a new tunnel underneath the Maas river (Blankenburgverbinding) , that went operational recently. I had crossed over it by bike several times and was curious when it would be open to cyclists. Well, nope.. cars only

That is so well captured with so little!
In my weekend rides I sometimes come across the left one (The snelbinder), it is quite an impressive structure and saves us cyclists from crossing this busy road at ground level
