My one alcoholic neighbor is blaring Jelly Roll while sitting in his garage at 10:30 PM. I think this is to piss off my other alcoholic neighbor who is trying to watch the Stanley Cup Final in his garage. These guys were best friends for 9 of the 10 years I've lived here.
