After yesterday's 6hr bus ride, a night in Perth and two flights today, I'm finally back in Alice Springs. It's a long way to everywhere from here!

Was enjoying a lovely walk along some East Perth wetlands. Mood abruptly changed as a Nankeen Night Heron reduced a brood of eight ducklings down to five!

Half way through a 6 hr bus journey to Perth. Annoyingly, I did not bring snacks. We need either bus cabin crew or to be towing a restaurant car
