yesterday I woke up thinking about the Katamari soundtrack and put it on to start up the day and ended up replaying almost the whole game in the afternoon. It's such an iconic soundtrack and videogame

I haven't watched Sinners yet (will soon) but I'm already glad it's a big success because it's an ORIGINAL movie: not a remake, sequel or adaptation, like most Hollywood slop that's been increasingly pestering our theaters in our downwards journey towards a monoculture

Calatheas be like: "I dislike the temperature/moisture ratio of your flat, so I decided to end my life" and proceeds to perish, then 2 months later "you know what I've changed my mind" and reemerges with the most perfect leaf.
I respect the perseverance.

Didn't expect the movie "Hundreds of Beavers" to be so brilliant. Imagine watching for the first time the trap setups of Home Alone. Hundreds of beavers? More like hundreds of gags. Actually one of the slapstick comedies of all time

David Lynch gave us the language we needed to better articulate the indescribable strangeness of our shared reality. “Lynchian” is so overused because it’s a viscerally understandable word without any known synonyms. I can’t imagine a more beautiful artistic legacy than that.
