Retired teacher. Grandad. Generally optimistic about the world but climate breakdown and the rise of the right make that tricky.
Please no DM's I will block you. Nothing personal but I really do not need whatever you are selling.
She knows it as well!

My Stella would like to commend your Stella on her excellent taste in TV shows.

Politicians seem to use X as a focus group rather than listening to what normal people actually think.
October 18, 2025 at 7:04 AM
Hmmmmm. Do you have any proof of that?
September 28, 2025 at 7:00 AM
The government and media are influenced by social media.
The biggest social media outlet is X.
X is completely dominated by the right wing banging on about immigration. Hence the media and the government banging on about it.
The snake eating its own tail springs to mind

Maybe just aim for a relationship rather than trying to unlock sex?
Just a thought.

You know what I had exactly this problem last year. Two shop assistants talking in French. How dare they.
To be fair I was in France but nevertheless.

Water companies in the UK have a turnover of around £11billion per year.
£2billion of this goes in dividends.
They also spend around £600million per year servicing debts.
And finally

How much would it really cost to nationalise water?
We published this short YouTube video last night. The media says nationalising the UK water industry would cost £90 billion, and that taxpayers would foot the bill, but that's absurd. In this video...

But we wouldn't have billionaires and trickle down economics.

According to reform, and a lot of other people, that is exactly what has happened.
Misinformed idiots who will be the cause of untold misery and suffering.

Sadly it would seem that it is.
Journalist is not really the word to describe these people.
June 17, 2025 at 8:55 PM
About people is what I meant!
June 17, 2025 at 7:03 PM
Everything is funny if you don't actually give a toss a out people.
Given that journalists pushing out click bait nonsense could be easily replaced by AI it might be worth following their career to see if karma does it's thing.

Dead Trump will be more dangerous than he is now.
Once the lunatics have implemented martial law and cancelled all future elections his usefulness is over.
Assassinated he gives an excuse for even more control to be exerted.
Once dead, any decision becomes "it's what Trump would have wanted"

Labour really need to look at these results.
The shouty fuckers on social media and in Reform do not reflect public opinion.

Slight problem.
Reform don't believe there is a problem.
Most TV and media don't like to talk about it.
Listening to Any Answers yesterday shows how woefully uninformed many people are about the issue.
Media has let us down, badly.

The political journalist class does love a good meaningless spat.
Meanwhile the world gets hotter and people suffer.
But hey Farage said something about something.
Burn you peasants!

Leopards face eating time has arrived.
Joy is felt
June 6, 2025 at 7:09 AM
So you can't read then?
I said all we can do is try to slow it down.
Fossil fuels can be replaced in many circumstances.
Take your ill informed doom-mongering and shove it up your arse.
