In our latest preprint, we show that goosebumps are not just the large, obvious bumps you might think of. In fact, small, subtle twitches are by far the most frequent.

We also show some problems with the Gooselab analysis routine.

For a few years we've been studying goosebumps in my lab and we've learned ALOT about this physiological response.

This is our 2nd year running the Behaviour and Physiology Group (BPG) with UG, PG, and postdoc researchers. This week year 3 RAs presented their final year theses. It’s cool to see all their different ideas and earlier years can get a chance to see some examples for next year!

Can you help? A few of us want to put in a bid to build an interdisciplinary centre focusing on mass spectrometry for biomarkers.
