I have a few problems with this lawsuit. First, it was filed in Skamania County and not Clark County. Second, Rob Anderson probably doesn’t have standing as he isn’t a resident of Clark County District 2, which is the district that Michelle Belkot represents. #wa18thlddems #swwapolitics #vancouverwa
Washougal resident Rob Anderson is taking action against the Clark County Council, alleging a violation of law in the removal of Councilor Michelle Belkot from the C-Tran board. This lawsuit filed in Skamania County stems from Belkot's dissenting vote on light rail funding.
