I'm on the old end of Gen Z (28 yo), but Spongebob, Avatar TLA, Fairly Odd Parents, Phineas and Ferb, and Clone Wars for me. I was never really a Cartoon Network kid though so I'm sure there are plenty that I missed out on

I think a lot could be solved by adding a classic Grand Prix mode with 3 laps per course, without driving between the courses. Knockout justifies the roads between, but Grand Prix loses a lot imo.
