Jynx is one of my least favorite #Pokemon designs, even after the changes, but every time I use her in a playthrough she’s an amazing team member and we have a really great time together. She’s loud and tacky but she’s always a party

I find the Three Body Problem book series weirdly therapeutic in this global climate. It reminds me of the universe’s true scale, not only in terms of space but time—how much our world can change, for better or worse, over a lifetime, and how tiny and temporary we are, yet remarkable.

Pokemon has played this critical role in my life for 26 years. Pokemon is my happy place.
Even after all these years, nothing makes me feel happy and peaceful like playing Pokemon. Every so often I need to re-learn that it's necessary to make time to play for fun! These happy moments make getting through the hard stuff worth it.

These games started the second generation and had you travel through Johto to defeat Gyms and defeat Team Rocket before heading back to Kanto!

Lately I’ve been calming myself down by considering that everything that will happen in my life amounts to .00001% of the current age of the Earth and .0003% of human existence. Not long after we’re forgotten, the world will remain, unaffected. We’re so temporary. It’s weirdly comforting 😅
