These insights usually lead to imperative followup questions or gauging things like important visceral reactions to work. In a remote environment, there’s really no better way to bring clarity and context and it’s the fastest way to get to know someone.

These insights usually lead to imperative followup questions or gauging things like important visceral reactions to work. In a remote environment, there’s really no better way to bring clarity and context and it’s the fastest way to get to know someone.
But somehow knowing why you needed that and that others have similar experiences can make everything feel a bit lighter and OK. I also love all the quotes sprinkled throughout the book. It’s too easy to feel isolated on a weird island set on hard mode all the time.
