If immigrants are freeloaders, why does ICE raid workplaces?
DEI does NOT mean affirmation or hiring quotas . It is merely a term/system intended to widen the pool of hires. DEI does, however, include veterans hiring preferences. If it is to be a strictly merit based system, why does the executive order exclude them?
