I think one of my favorite ways of seeing characters look intimidating is when artists deciding to just make the entire body almost in shadow but have the eyes or glasses show

They did the exact same thing with not treating the subject seriously in the first season with that damn orgy joke and it's even worse here. The worst part is that it's not even to the show specifically anymore cause apparently this exists!

THIS HAPPENED WITH JONIE ACTUALLY! When I first redesigned Jonie to have hair closer to mine she didn't have them... but then some artists I'd commissioned, @aquamarisea.bsky.social and @fizzydog.bsky.social drew Jonie with fangs for some drawings and that became a constant and influenced-
