Was at Joshua Tree a couple of months ago. Had my son ride by on our e-skateboard with its light on. Only had my iPhone with me.

That if it’s Monday and you say “See you next Wednesday”, that it’s really 2 days from then.
But ppl really mean, skip over the next and go to the one after next.
But said on Sunday, it actually means the *next* Wed?
When is the exact moment when next is next?
Why not say “see you in 2 Wed”?
