I went to see it with my mum in Peckham cinema and I remember that I was so embarressed by how awful the guns and roses version of Sympathy For the Devil was at the close that I actually blushed and didn't want the house lights to go on.

I'm not American, I'm British and I find this absolutely shocking so I can't even begin to imagine how you guys must feel. It's horrific.

I saw R. Peston in conversation at Brighton festival just after the referendum and I was angry and apalled by his sheer lack of insight, arrogance and denseness and I've avoided watching him ever since.

The first time I stayed in Dublin was in a B & B on Gardiner st with a plaque on it to say that he'd lived there which really excited me but meant nothing to my girfriend at the time. 'Look!' I said. Shrug, she did.
