Growing up, 100% punk and metal. But I listen to everything these days .... I love indie folk, jazz, even some electronica, anything moody (and especially) instrumental. Any music that puts me in a writing mood is a plus.

Yeah that song is pretty hot. Not as good as Skyrizi or Wegovy though.

The singer of that band was my neighbor for years. I saw them play once. Good band, but not really my thing.

Steeler (featuring a very young Ron Keel) was Yngwie’s first band. Hail Ron Keel!

It’s pretty wild when a fly gets in your car before a road trip, and you end up taking it someplace exotic for vacation.

Do you remember those Chris Claremont / John Bolton backup stories they ran in the back of those issues (I think Bolton also did the back cover art)? Some really great stories that put Classic X-Men in another league above other reprint series.

I loved Art Adams' run on those Classic X-Men covers when I was a kid, and I thought Lightle was the perfect artist to take up the mantle. Some amazing covers during that era.

Happened to me once (only broke one though). Absolutely no fun at all. Sorry to hear.
