From a year ago, when a Russian missile destroyed Okhmatdyt Children’s Hospital in Kyiv (8 July 2024). I was close by, and filmed these images.
A harrowing day, where my impression of the cruelty of the people who did this was outweighed only by the dignity of the volunteers who showed up to help.
