Seems like an odd choice that doesn’t fix the racing there

I guess the question then becomes how do you fix that?

I think nascar would be smart to do whatever they can to get out of their own way. Every time they have some positive news they manage to screw it up somehow with bad officiating, or some other controversy

How does one survive without just basic tools?
