@mta.info I walked to the next functioning A station, from 177th street, thinking I’d see the shuttle bus that me and a dozen others had been waiting for since 12pm, pass me.
But no. 30 minutes no shuttle bus for a station that has signs for a shuttle bus. You all messed up. Wake up & get to work.

@mta.info where is your shuttle bus for where the A train is not running? We’ve all been at 177th, Manhattan, outside in the cold, for twenty minutes. People have walked away. Where is your shuttle bus, TRANSIT AUTHORITY??
