I work in a library. I sometimes take pictures of things not in the library, like flowers, or cute wild animals from a respectable distance.
It's important to pay respects to those lost, no matter how noisy and obnoxious they were. My deepest condolences to this cicada's family.

Happy Thanksgiving everybody! Whether you celebrate it or not, regardless of the true origins of the holiday and the context of them, it's good to take a dedicated moment and be thankful for the good things, big and small, in our lives. Like this little flower.
